Grace Timonium

WEEKEND SERVICES

We recognize the essential and invaluable contribution of people with disabilities to the life of the church. Grace Disabilities seeks to address these lifelong needs as we strive to ensure that individuals and families affected by disability are always weaved into the fabric of our church.

Main Service accessibility

Main Auditorium Seating – Reserved spaces are located in the front and back of our auditorium for those in wheelchairs and the guests attending alongside them.
Assistive Technology – PPA receivers and amplifiers are available for those needing hearing assistance, as well as ear plugs to hep those with sensory challenges.

Please contact Liz at elucking@gfc.org if you have any additional questions or needs that would better help you fully experience worship at Grace.

THE BUDDY MINISTRY

The Buddy Ministry provides one-on-one teaching and friendship to children and students that would benefit from extra support. Buddies help children participate as much as possible in the most appropriate classroom or program. Our Buddy Room is also available for those that would benefit from a quiet and sensory friendly space. This also provides an opportunity for parents & guardians to worship together as their child is cared for. Anyone willing to love a child and help them experience the love of Christ can be a buddy – training and special materials are made available for support. If your child would be blessed by having a buddy with them for services or other events, please contact Liz at elucking@gfc.org

Weekly, during all worship services.

FRIENDS WORSHIP

Friends Worship is a worship service specifically designed to meet the needs, abilities and gifts of teenagers and adults with disabilities who, because of their disabilities, would not enjoy the main worship service of the Church. This service is a beautiful time of worship, fellowship, and teaching.

Every Sunday at 9:30a.m. in room 190
