Everyday Theology: What You Believe Matters
Theology is the study of God, what He has done, is doing, and will do in the world. And it’s not just for those with formal education or those who work at your church. It’s for you in your everyday moments, questions, and decisions. It’s for the big and little, the exciting and mundane. Our theology is the basis of our faith and touches every part of our existence.
Through this course we will explore the essential doctrines of Scripture, God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, humanity, salvation, the church, and the end times to know God more deeply through these foundational truths.
Between meetings, there is an in-depth personal Bible study with five days of study per week. This will include a deep dive into scripture passages, personal reflection, and practical application. Our hope is that you would enjoy a deeper connection with God and with other women through the course of this semester.
This audaciously bold study combines the psychological expertise of Dr. Juli Slattery, formerly of Focus on the Family, along with moving stories from trusted Bible teacher and best-selling author Linda Dillow. Times and Location
This course runs from Wednesday, September 27 through December 6. We will meet weekly for small group Bible study, conversations, community, and prayer.
Group and Cost Information
Registration is free. This course requires a book which must be purchased by the participant. Upon registration, you will receive a communication indicating suggested places to purchase the book. Small group sizes are limited so register early.
