This leader oversees the vision, health, and effectiveness of Groups, Rooted, and future community expressions, driving execution through strong leadership development, aligned systems, and cross-ministry collaboration. The role ensures a cohesive, clear, and scalable discipleship strategy across all adult ministry environments.

The Pastor/Director of Worship Arts provides spiritual, creative, and strategic leadership for Worship Arts and Production at Grace Fellowship Church. This role combines pastoral shepherding with musical and ministry leadership, equipping a leader to guide worship both on the platform and through others. This leader ensures worship gatherings are theologically grounded, musically excellent, and spiritually engaging, aligned with the Lead Pastor’s vision. They develop leaders, build effective systems, and cultivate a healthy, multiplying ministry culture across campuses.

The Production Associate supports and executes production across GFC, ensuring clear, consistent, and distraction-free audio, video, lighting, and online experiences. This role oversees day-to-day production systems, weekend services, and volunteer support, while helping implement the Director of Production’s vision.
